THE HANDPAINTED KITCHEN PROCESS
The whole process takes approx one to two weeks depending on the size of the kitchen and the colours picked. All kitchens and woodwork can be painted including laminated.
1. Initial consultation to determine requirements, including budget, colours and timescales.
2. All removable doors and parts are taken to the studio where they are disinfected, cleaned and prepared for painting. This way you can still use your kitchen area. They are then rubbed down several times with different grade sandpaper filled and sanded again. Then we will add a primer if necessary and then undercoat and either add one or two topcoats depending on the colour.
3. We then come back and do the same process with the carcasses. The floor and area is also taped up and protected, once this is complete the doors are bought back and put back on. The insides can also be oiled to protect the wood.
All protection is removed and you have a brand new kitchen.
